White Friday is the Middle East's November shopping event, which Amazon Ads describes as starting the day after Thanksgiving in the US, always a Friday. That makes it 27 November in 2026, a date worked out from the calendar, with sale windows running longer than a single day.

Retailers decide their own sale windows. Al Bayan reported that Amazon.ae's 2025 sale ran from 20 to 30 November, so shoppers can expect offers well before the Friday itself, and as of 7 November 2026 sale dates for this year from Amazon.ae and noon couldn't be confirmed. noon runs its own version under the name Yellow Friday. Plan for a window of days, set a floor price from your contribution margin before agreeing to any marketplace promotion, and write 'late November' in copy until a retailer announces dates.

The calendar around it is crowded in 2026. The government portal lists National Day as a two-day public holiday on 2 and 3 December, though a government notice should be checked before running a date-specific offer, and the 32nd Dubai Shopping Festival starts on 4 December. A discount also has to be real: the UAE government portal says misleading price advertising can bring up to two years in prison and a fine of up to AED 2 million. This isn't legal advice.

Advertiser permit
