Ship production-grade marketing sites and AI-powered web tools for the brands we work with. You'll work in a small pod with a designer and a senior strategist — from Figma to deploy — and wire LLM workflows directly into client funnels.

What you'll do
  • Design, build and deploy modern marketing sites (Next.js / TanStack Start, Tailwind, TypeScript) end-to-end
  • Wire AI features into client products: chat agents, content generators, lead-scoring flows, on-site personalisation
  • Integrate analytics, CRM, ad platforms and CMSes (HubSpot, Webflow, Sanity, Shopify, Supabase)
  • Own performance, accessibility, SEO basics and Core Web Vitals on every ship
  • Pair with our AI lead to productise internal tooling so the agency moves 3–10× faster
What we expect
  • 3+ years building production web apps in React / TypeScript
  • Hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic or Vercel AI SDK — you've shipped at least one LLM feature live
  • Tailwind fluency and a real eye for design quality (we'll review your last 3 builds)
  • Comfortable owning a project from brief to deploy without a project manager hand-holding you
  • English working proficiency; Arabic a strong plus
Nice to have
  • Experience with Supabase, edge functions, or Cloudflare Workers
  • Built or contributed to an open-source dev tool
  • Background in agency or consultancy — you understand client tempo

Be the operational backbone of a Dubai agency that ships fast. You'll work directly with the founders and senior operators — owning inboxes, calendars, client logistics, light bookkeeping and the dozens of small things that keep a 15-person studio moving.

What you'll do
  • Manage inboxes, calendars and meeting prep for two founders and the leadership team
  • Coordinate client onboarding logistics — contracts, kickoffs, recurring reviews
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, internal trackers and weekly status digests in Notion / ClickUp
  • Travel, expenses, vendor coordination and light bookkeeping in Xero or QuickBooks
  • Draft first-pass emails, briefs and meeting notes — clear, concise, on-brand
What we expect
  • 2+ years as an EA, VA or operations coordinator — ideally in an agency, consultancy or fast-moving studio
  • Native-level written English; you write the way founders want to sound
  • Fluent in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, ClickUp or Asana
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information and obsessive about follow-through
  • Available in GCC business hours (GMT+4) with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Nice to have
  • Arabic literacy
  • Experience with Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books
  • Light design instincts — you can clean up a deck without help
