Lead form ads

Also known as: instant forms · lead ads · lead generation ads

Definition

Lead form ads collect an enquiry inside the ad platform, using a form that opens within Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok and is often pre-filled from the person's profile. They remove the page visit, which makes enquiring easier and intent harder to judge.

Because the form is pre-filled, details can arrive without the person typing anything, and a fast tap isn't a considered enquiry. Add a qualifying question or a review step so that browsers separate themselves from buyers, and judge the campaign by cost per qualified lead, not by form fills, which look cheap and leak later.

Ask for the channel you'll actually use: in the UAE that is usually a mobile number with WhatsApp. Speed matters more than form design. Leads sit inside the platform until they are synced, so connect the form to your CRM or to an instant alert and reply within minutes. Add a plain consent line saying how the number will be used, and make sure its wording covers texts if you plan to send them, because TDRA's FAQ requires prior explicit consent for marketing text messages.
