AI content governance

Definition

The written rules covering what may be generated, what must be human-written, who signs off, and what gets disclosed. The control that separates a content system from a content liability.

Minimum viable governance answers four things: which formats may be model-assisted, which claims may never be generated (pricing, results, regulated claims, anything about a named client), who holds the veto, and what records are kept.

In the UAE this intersects with real obligations. Advertising claims must be substantiated, and personal data used in any generation pipeline falls under the PDPL. A generated testimonial or an invented statistic is not a stylistic problem, it is an exposure.
