Space Seven Fitness Gym is a renowned gymnasium located in Chandigarh, India, founded by two prominent influencers. The gym boasts a wide range of fitness equipment and amenities, including facilities for weightlifting, boxing, and MMA. Additionally, Space Seven offers numerous classes in these fitness disciplines, providing a unique and engaging experience for its members.

Requirements

The client needed a strategy to grow its walk-in traffic to the gym in order to convert more members within the area and beyond and offer them a subscription of the gym.

Approach

Given the client’s above-average presence on social media platforms, bolstered by the influencers’ following, my strategy commenced with promoting more content through Meta and Google AdWords. I also focused on enhancing the existing social media presence by creating engaging creatives designed to attract a larger audience and establish a consistent brand identity.

Outcome

After working for approximately six months on advertisements and social media management, the clients’ team achieved notable improvements in both walk-ins to the gym and inquiries about gym subscriptions. Additionally, I developed a cohesive Instagram profile for the gym, with a primary focus on creating eye-catching promotional creatives.
